The situation is constantly changing, so we will try and keep this page as current as we can during the present outbreak.
Decisions about stopping activities have not been taken lightly, but we need to comply with current regulations.
The following church activities have, therefore, been suspended until further notice:
All services of public worship
The Archbishops of Canterbury and York have directed that all public worship should be suspended until further notice. See their statement here.
St Nick's is closed until further notice in line with the Prime Minister's announcement on 23/3/2020.

However, resources for personal study and reflection will be made available. For Sundays and festivals, a downloadable sermon text will be available on our Home Groups page.

Weddings and Baptisms.
These are not permitted until further notice, in line with the recently announced restrictions.
Special arrangements will be put in place to enable committal of the deceased to take place within a reasonable timescale, with a limited number of family present. Where a full funeral was not possible at the time, we will work with next-of-kin to facilitate a memorial service if they wish to have one, as soon as it is safe to do so.
The parish office. The office telephone and email account will continue to be monitored, although office functions will mainly be carried out from home.
Hall lettings. The centre is closed until further notice.
