About St. Nick's

We're an active parish church - a community of people sharing in services of worship, opportunities to learn together, activities for children and families, social events, concerts, a weekly drop-in, as well as a good range of facilities for hire in our parish centre on Holme Church Lane.

Our parish covers the part of Beverley east of the railway and north of the beck, including Grovehill Road, Holme Church Lane, as well as the Swinemoor and Model Farm estates.

Worship in Church

We are open for services of worship in the church building for the following services:

(First Sunday in the month) 10am Sunday Celebration - our simpler communion for all ages.

(Other Sundays) 10am Holy Communion

Thursdays  9.30am Holy Communion

Also on the 3rd Sunday of the month, look out for Encounter, our informal Deanery worship, which moves around local churches. It starts at 7.00pm with refreshments, with worship getting underway by 7.30pm.

The Church of England nationally posts an online act of worship each week. You can watch the latest online service here.

You can give to St Nick's through the Parish Giving Scheme by credit or debit card, Apple or Google Pay by clicking the yellow button. If you pay tax, you can also opt to Gift Aid your donation. You can also set up regular gifts by Direct Debit if you prefer.

The Parish Giving Scheme is supported centrally by the Church of England.
