Changes due to COVID-19

Many of our activities have been suspended during the COVID-19 outbreak, for whats on, go to our Church Life section.

Sunday worship has restarted in the building at St Nick's with Holy Communion at 10am on Sundays and 9.30am on Wednesdays, following the recommendations from the national church for worship and other events. We are continuing to post the Sunday services online for those unable to attend in person. See more information about worship in church here.

We have introduced a one way system in place, we ask all members of the congregation to wear masks and we ask the congregation not to sing during the service and no holy communion takes place.

If you have questions about what is happening with Sunday services, baptisms, weddings, funerals and more, the national guidance is here

If you would like to know more about the Christian faith in this time of lockdown, you can discover more here.

You can find online resources for worship and prayer, including links for daily prayer, apps for your phone, streamed services and more on our Prayer at home page

The situation is constantly changing, so we will try and keep this page as current as we can during the present outbreak. See our current service information here
